At St. Patrick Catholic School, students are formed academically and spiritually in a faith-filled environment rooted in Catholic values. Students participate in sacred liturgy twice each week, allowing faith to be woven naturally into daily school life. Strong emphasis is placed on reading and mathematics, as these foundational skills support success across all subject areas. Mathematics instruction is delivered through Big Ideas Math, which develops conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and computational fluency. Our reading program begins with Fundations, building a strong foundation in phonemic awareness, phonics, and decoding skills, and is supported by a new literacy resource launching this fall to further strengthen comprehension and engagement. Through our Reading Renaissance program, students are encouraged to grow as independent readers, fostering both a love of reading and lifelong learning.
