At St. Patrick Catholic School, faith formation is the heart of everything we do. Our youngest learners begin their faith journey through the Montessori-inspired Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten, where children encounter Scripture, prayer, and the liturgical life of the Church in a developmentally appropriate and meaningful way.
As students grow, faith instruction continues through the Augustine Institute’s Word of Life program, which grounds students in Sacred Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Instruction is centered on four pillars of faith formation: Salvation History, Human Anthropology, the study of Virtue, and Discipleship, helping students understand not only what we believe, but how to live those beliefs each day.
Students attend Mass twice each week and grow in virtue through Education in Virtue across all grade levels. Faith is woven throughout the school day and brought to life through participation in sacred liturgy and sacred music, allowing students to grow spiritually as they learn to love like Jesus.
